Jackie Chan and the Kung Fu Kid (2009)

Zhang Yi-Shan spends his days dreaming of becoming the chosen disicple of Jackie Chan. Yi-Shan spends his time being bullied at school, Yi-Shan isn’t a weakling by any shot, he’s athletic, but not brainy, so it’s the jock being made fun of by the poetry group basically.

The Karate Kid (2010)

Being a child trying to fit in to a crowd can be a bit tedious, but when you’ve moved from America to China , fitting in is almost impossible when you show off to the wrong crowd. Our victim is Dre Parker, he moved with his mother when she was relocated in her job.
After being constantly being hounded and beaten by bullies in his school, he is saved by the local handy man, Mr. Han. Mr. Han confronts the bullies teacher and the two agree that the children will settle their differences in a Open Kung Fu Tournament. The Shinjuku Incident (2009)

Every year thousands of Chinese immigrate to Japan in hope of finding a better life for themselves. Our leading man, Steelhead (Jackie Chan) immigrates to Japan in-search of his partner, who traveled to Japan to visit her auntie and never returned. He takes refuge with his young cousin Jie (Daniel Wu) in a tiny apartment filled with dozen other Chinese immigrates.
When discovering that his partner has married and started a new life with wealthy Yakuza under-boss, Eguichi, Steelhead moves on and begins a life of crime where he and his Chinese brothers work their way up through the Yakuza, soon achieving full control of the Shinjuku district of Tokyo.
