S2E4: Joker IPA and Old Jock Scotch Ale

Four pours and seven months ago, the lads with the logs (yikes, pass the bran flakes) set upon their epic beer journey to bring joy and laughter to the inebriated masses. They failed, but are more than happy to settle for mild cheer and a hesitant smirk. No ? Would complete indifference and a blank expression be too much to ask for ? Hello ? Is this thing on ?

Up tonight: Jokers are indeed wild as we tuck into Williams Bros.’s Joker IPA. After that, we jog a geriatric athlete ’round the track with Broughton Ale’s Old Jock Scotch Ale. Cheers!

S1E6: Doom Bar Amber Ale and Innis & Gunn The Original Bourbon Barrel Scotch Ale

Grab that pistol cowboy- you got a dual on your hands. The Lager Logs is officially locked and loaded with six of the best and episodio sei is headin’ straight for ya with some malty mayhem in the old west tonight !

Instead of our usual sampling of historic hops, we shine the spotlight on a couple of new kids on the block and tonight, you got it…we’ll most certainly be hangin’ tough. And high. And a bit shrivelled. Kinda cold too…don’t be so mean, it’s a medical condition ! It’s got nothing to do with my choice to wear a thong.

Up tonight: A bit wet behind the ears but definitely not around the hand (that’s what bottles were invented for) razor Sharp’s Doom Bar and Edinburgh’s amber child, Innis and Gunn’s Original Bourbon Barrel Scotch ale. And if you thought that was a mouthful, you should try glassblowing. Honestly, it’ll do wonders for your didgeridooing. Cheers!
