So breaking format,  we review a NON Category III movie. My Neighbours Are Phantoms may star Amy Yip and Charlie Cho as a pervert but it’s working within the ghost comedy spectrum. But Charlie provides probably the best representation of his cinematic image on screen ever so that’s our gift to ourselves: Fun with Charlie. But we still grace this episode and Christmas with a Category III nasty. In Ho Fan’s Hidden Desire we find DARK Charlie…
