In the Last Taiwanese Movies Watched segment, John Charles tries to figure out Jackie And Bruce To The Rescue and Kenny B is afraid of Jack Kao in Midnight Revenge.

Recapping his staycation and trimming The Banned List considerably, Stoo skims through some rewatchable classics before writing a love letter to current Hong Kong Andy Lau cinema. Podcast On Fire 90: LMW – Breakout From Oppression, Man From Nowhere, Bittersweet Life

It’s IFD tear time for Ken as per usual but as per usual focus lies less on the ninjas and more on the woman he’s grown to admire working Taiwan cinema through the eyes of IFD.  Speaking of admiration, it’s essentially also Lee Byung-hun day at Podcast On Fire! Beefcake!
