B&A and Mulan DVD/BL features revealed

Details have now came around describing the special features for Cine-Asia’s future release – Mulan – Warrior Princess which is due out on 21st June 2010. Special Features include;

‘Making Of’ featurette; ‘Behind The Scenes’ featurette; interview gallery; Dolby Digital Mandarin 2.0 and 5.1 audio options (DVD); TS HD Master Audio Japanese 5.1 and Dolby Digital Mandarin 2.0 audio options (Blu-ray); English subtitles; original trailer.

Credit also goes to David Harris for sending in information regarding the special features for the UK Release of Bodyguards and Assassins;

Bodyguards and Assassins UK DVD/BR Release Date

Epic martial arts blockbuster; Bodyguards & Assassins is lined up for a UK DVD & Blu-Ray Release at the end of this month. With no news yet on Special Features, E1 Entertainment will release the movie on DVD @ £12.99 and Blu-ray @ £19.99 on 31st May 2010. We will have a full review of the movie online hopefully within the next week, so stay tuned! Can’t wait til then? B&A will be getting a shown at The Prince Charles Cinema, London, from 15th May

Terracotta Distribution are hosting thier second annual Terracotta Far East Film Festival in London, this May. They are present its choice films from the Far East! From Thursday 6th to Sunday 9th May 2010, they invite you to indulge in a fantastic lineup of 15 hand-picked films from Hong Kong, China, Japan, South Korea, and Thailand.

The festival opens with the UK Premier of Little Big Soldier starring Jackie Chan and closes with another exclusive premier; Bodyguards and Assassins starring Tony Leung Ka-Fai and Donnie Yen.

Some notable highlights include; Double Golden Horse Award Winner – Cow, Johnnie To’s Cannes Official Selection – Vengeance and Soi Cheang’s Accident starring Louis Koo! Read More
