Johnny and Lena (Gigi Leung) have been hired by the president of a Japanese baby production company known as ‘B&B’, the wealthy Japanese business man has bought the when he discovers that his wife is pregnant. It’s now up to Johnny and Lena to design and produce the very best baby product that money can buy.

Johnny seeks help from his old buddy Wayne (Louis Koo). Wayne is a little bit of a playboy but he finds himself happy with his current girlfriend and now work colleague – Lena. He loves her despite her little quirks (her frequent use of the phrase “Huh” and late in the movie “Grr…like this”).

The three amigos admit they don’t really know the first about babies so they decide to hire Japans leading baby expert – Boey (Cecilia Cheung). Boey has a special talent which allows her to communicate with the babies. She also wants to help cure Wayne’s fear of babies.

Johnny finds himself in need of a personal assistant so he hires the clumsy and breathless – Sabrina (Rosamund Kwan). Plot: Yan (Cecilia Chung) is a young doctor at Kau Kei-Ho Charity Hospital. The Kau Kei-Ho hospital is in a terrible state, the doctors don’t do their job, they choose to help the hardly injured patients rather than the serious ones! When patient was comes in after being struck by lightening the doctors and nurses attempt to unload him onto other departments, but no one wants him! Yan finds the sizzled patient and discovers that he is actually man who owns the hospital ‘Sir Kau Kei-Ho’! (Lam Kau) He pleads Yan to turn things around, make the hospital a hospital and not an embarrassment!

Unable to change things herself she convinces greasy haired slacker doctor Jim (Jordan Chan) to help. Although Jim admits he won’t be able to make any difference with out his old colleague Joe.

Joe (Ekin Cheng) left the hospital a few years back, Joe had made a pact with Jim. If the hospital demanded reform, they would resign, so Joe resigned where as Jim said he did but he sent a Christmas Card instead. Since then Joe doesn’t want anything to do with weak willed Jim.

She chose to become a doctor because Joe & Jim saved her life from appendicitis when she was 14. She promised to marry the doctor that shouted “It’s not easy being a doctor!”, although due to the anesthetic she can’t remember which doctor it was.

Dawn (Cecilia Cheung), the head of the Kun Lun Sect. Although she has been naughty and has fallen in love with her disciple, King Sky (Ekin Cheng). The young couple are soon parted when the evil demon, Insomnia destroys the Kun Lun sector and kills Dawn. King easily gets out numbered, retreats and goes into hiding…

200 years later, King Sky is brought out from his hiding when he meets Red (Louis Koo). Both King & Red come across Insomnia, whom has grown even more powerful and has revealed the plan of him wanting to destroy the mountains of Zu, including the Omei Clan.

King & Red meet the Omei Clan leader, Whitebrows (played by Sammo Hung, reprising his role from the first Zu Warriors Movie). King is suddenly struck when he meets, Enigma.
