Podcast On Fire 101: The Audition Tapes Part 1

Meet what is hopefully going to be a frequent, new co-host:  Tom Kent-Williams.  A man who has got all the G’s down: Godzilla, God Of Gamblers, Grain, Godfrey Ho and Gunplay. As Tom’s microphone wasn’t co-operating fully during the recording, you will hear differences in audio at points during the show but at the same time, these are of course unearthed tapes never meant for the world of the living. A good cover.

Podcast On Fire 95: LMW – Stoo’s Holiday Movie Marathon

Recapping his staycation and trimming The Banned List considerably, Stoo skims through some rewatchable classics before writing a love letter to current Hong Kong Andy Lau cinema. Detective Dee and the Mystery of Phantom Flame and Shaolin get their due while Ken compares an original Taiwan movie to IFD’s officially exterminated treatment of it.

This Week In Sleaze 5 – The Knight Of Knights

In times of change, you need to see some naked tits! What this means for Sleazy K and King Who? is a trip down memory lane. Several in fact where we track Hong Kong (and maybe Taiwan) (s)exploitation through the ages and with a little help, we land at 1966’s The Knight Of Knights! Going over a bit of the Shaw Brothers history before getting to the good bits that remains unseen, also making an appearance is Stoo The Innocent One and Last Sleazy Movies Watched offers up a perplexing, horrible exploit of a real event in the name of putting up another sex movie on 90s Hong Kong screens!
